Shipping Policy

At Gracie Street, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time Standard delivery takes approximately 5–8 business days after processing. Please note that larger items such as furniture may require additional coordination for delivery and may take longer.

Freight & Large Items Furniture and oversized items are shipped via freight carrier. Our team will contact you to coordinate a delivery window that works for you.

Shipping Damages We take great care in packaging every order. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during transit. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue.
